The first and second week that I started this site (this time ah hem...) I really focused on only eating when I was hungry and what I planned. I am trying to get back to that.


Note to self:
This morning I ate breakfast when I had time (8:00 am) was not really hungry and felt kind of bleh after.

but almost exactly 3 hours later I started feeling hunger, my schedule today means its lunch time (11:30)
