[b]Voluteered today I did my wii fit and will take a long walk later I feel can of anxious today I might hve to take my medication it's be awhile, but sometimes you got to do what you got to do. Have a healthy day![/b]

Being anxious is not a good feeling. Take the medicine if you have to and relax. You are doing so great.

A good long walk is sometimes what you need to help calm you down. When I am feeling anxious sometimes I try to sweat it out of me at the gym and a quiet walk is always a good idea.
