WHAT AM DOING WRONG????
Well, I'm trying to hang in there. After a week of focusing on fiber. I actually got close to 40 grams a day. I also carefully watched my carbs and most days had less than 10 grams of sugar. I've walked 45 minutes 3x this week. Yet, I've lost only 1 lb. I don't know what's going on with my body, but I'm hoping something shakes loose soon. I just would love to be out of the 160's. Is that really hoping for too much? I don't know what else I can do.
Unfortunately I'm going to be out of town this weekend. They're having a big party for my brother-in-law. Hope I can at least maintain my hard earned 1 lb loss.
