So, yesterday wasn't the greatest for me. It was the last day of detox and I ended up eating some chicken wings that my husband cooked on his new "big green egg" grill. They were DELICIOUS!! I felt a little guilty, especially since I didn't get to exercise.
I stepped on the scale this morning and I lose 7 lbs. Not as much as I wanted to lose in those 9 days but I'll take it. Only 15 more lbs to go!
