Last night I started feeling really dizzy and now today I'm still dizzy but not as bad. I think my ears have finally had it and I may need to go get some relief from the doctor. No workout this morning because of the dizziness, but I'm going to try to get it in after work, dizzy or not.
I am off work tomorrow because it's the kids last day of school and they get out at 11:30, so I want to spend their first day of "summer" with them. Hopefully, it won't be raining and we can go to the park or do some yard games outside or something. Of course we have to go get ice cream to celebrate the end of the school year, I'm thinking Cold Stone. I'm going to do a longer, harder workout tomorrow so I can have some ice cream too :). As long as I'm not feeling super dizzy tomorrow it should be a good day.
