Today is the day that I return to tracking my foods better. I'm going to have to wing it for my salads that I put together at the beginning of the week, but will start weighing them again next week. It would be nice if I could manage to prepare all of my meals at the beginning of the week, but my time management skills are terrible. Once I get my food intake under better control, I will return to my regimen of closing my abdominal separation the rest of the way. Or at least small enough to being regular exercise.
