It was bound to happen sooner or later. Woke up with a little more muscle soreness than usual and my morning output was different so DOMS is kicking in. Tomorrow could potentially be worse but usually I gain about 2 pounds due to water retention and once I take a day or so off from doing cardio there will be a rapid weight loss once that extra muscle fluid gets flushed from my system. Since Super Bowl Sunday is definitely a day off I'm hoping to continue pushing hard until then.
