I'm feeling a little better about things today. I went to the store monday and bought my salad stuff. I have managed to eat that for lunch yesterday and today, however, for dinner last night, I made pizza for the rest of the family and that was the first time that I didnt buy that boxed, premade stuff..so I had to taste my "masterpiece" and it was delicious so I had 3 pieces :( But, I have kicked back in today and hopefully I'll see some improvement soon. I am not going to stand on the scale in hopes that this will help me not get depressed. AND, I figured out that the reason I was able to lose the 40 lbs previously is because my youngest son was still a baby and wasnt eating solids so I didnt have to worry about smelling his good food that I was making for his lunch like I do now. On the other hand though, i was trying a lot harder at working out too.

On the note of working out, we (well, actually I did it all and moving a queen size bed up the stairs alone is not fun) moved our bedroom upstairs and made the downstairs the play room. This gives me a small opportunity to get some "semi exercise" because I go in my room about 20-30 times a day so I have to go up the stairs to get there. But, I'm about to start working out again hardcore sometime soon.
