Wow already ate so much today, not going to be a good day calorie wise. Hopefully won't go over RDI, but I will still work out, try to hit around 350 calories today. We will see how many the Wii 30 Day Challenge burns and then add sports or something on top of that. Getting low on food in the house which is leading to tougher choices that are higher calories, but gonna make it work!
