So not a happy camper !! Except for Saturday I thought I was doing really well. How do you gain 1.4 lbs ? So still not giving in or up I will continue to modify, adjust whatever it need to do to accomplish my goal !! Never quit !

Don't give up and don't think about the weight. Try to focus on the way your clothes fit or how your energy levels are. I know it's tough, I was a slave to the scale and when I would gain a pound after having put in so much work, it would dissuade me and things would go downhill from there. I've put my scale in the closet and am refusing to look at it. :)
