More mindful of Sodium content lately in foods, staying under 2500 mg with no added salt at meals. Didn't realize so many non processed foods were so high in sodium.

Read the back of the soup labels, even the low sodium is not that low, mostly reduced by only 200 mg from 700 mg to around 500 mg. I guess that is enough to advertise "Light Sodium".
