I was feeling discouraged when I was not down a lb. yesturday. Stepped on the scale this morning and there it was 1 lb. less!! God is Good all the time! I just might make it to my mini goal of under 145 lbs. by cruise time 1 1/2 weeks from now. Yeah!!
