Sure!! I put 2 cups of broccoli in a pot with one green bell pepper and some carrot (I used shredded carrots) and let them cook in 1/3 cup of water to let them soften I sautéd 1 chicken breast (which I had previously cut up into cubes and marinated with garlic salt, sazón goya, parsley flakes, and cinnamon) then added it to the veggies then I stir fried the cauliflower rice (I got it from Trader Joe’s or u can make your own by grating a cauliflower) and added to the veggies I let it cook together till the water dried up... It tastes like Moroccan couscous light and packed with nutrition.. I hope you enjoy it!!
