Make sure you are getting enough water if you are working out. You might also need some sodium from sweating. But you are doing great. You can do this!!!!

I'm in the same boat with you. I want a nap more than anything right now. But I'm just gonna have to push through it (w/ the help of another SF Red Bull - I do not advise drinking these). And kmartin is right about the water & sodium. Makes a HUGE difference. Good luck!! You'll make it through the day & maybe even find a burst of energy hiding somewhere ; )

My eyes are tearing right now because I'm trying so hard to keep them open! I say try a nap- thats what I'm about to do! :)
