This gain is the result from going on a business trip to Jhb.
I couldn't stick to my plan 100% but I did my best and kept my weight within the 115kg range so I'm still happy with that :) It' actually not a bad gain considering I was eating burgers, pita bread, pasta and deep fried oreos.
Next week will be a good one :)
