ugh... I am sick today. I have a cold. Plus I feel pretty darn cruddy from the horrible eating I did yesterday. I ate a container and a half of this dip called cheddar cheese and king crab....its a crab meat dip. so that put me up to almost 200 grams of fat. That sounds horrible....because it is. Borderline went over my carbs so hopefully I am still in the mild state of ketosis because starting over is NOT something I want to experience on top of a cold. I pledge to eat good today and not go over my 1300 calories. I am putting Hummus into my daily eatings as it is good with red peppers...so that will be part od my dinner. Lord help me through this day and work day.
