Went to the gym last night for Zumba and then fast walked/jogged a mile on the treadmill. I'm up in weight, which is frustrating. GOing to try and add weights in so I build muscle. I also found out our work getaway to the beach is in October. While that doesn't mean I need swimsuits for the beach, the house we may be staying in has a pool and hot tub. I'm sure we'll be expected to do something where I'll need to be in a swimsuit. So I have 20 weeks to a new me! I'm going to add in weights, and maybe some interval training.

Definitely add in weight training. My trainer's boss told me that building muscle is the way to go when you want to lose weight. I'm just starting so I'm waiting to see how quickly it affects me. Good goal to be hot tub ready by October. Totally do-able!

Good advice! Once I added more weight training and started building muscle, I started shrinking. you may find your weight doesn't drop as fast, but that's because muscle weighs more than fat. I got smaller in size but weighed them same. Then after a little weight plateau, you start dropping weight again & more of it! Stick with it. you'll see that weight graph start heading down.
