Getting better each day, but I have my moments. I've been cleaning out my condo getting ready to put it up for sale and came across the birthday card that Jay gave me last year. Made my stomach jump when I saw his writing...I cried...again.

But I think I'm getting into my "angry phase"...last night I sent him a scalding email, telling him what I thought of him now. Felt good to get it out. I know he won't respond since he thinks no contact makes for a 'clean break'. Ass.

I guess I should thank him for helping me lose 10 pounds...not eating for 2 weeks will do that. But I've been keeping it off, not one pound gained back, so I'm happy about that.
