This hurts, but is necessary. I had a bad weekend foodwise obviously. Still worked out alot, but they don't cancel each other out in my world. That is why maintaining is so hard when I do lose weight, but I did go a bit overboard this past weekend. I'm back on it with a diet I am trying, so I should be able account for every single thing I eat. Here I go to hit save. Ouch!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

The hardest part is admitting you messed up! Now you just need to get back on track this week. I agree with the pre-planning. I normally enter tomorrow's food on here at night just to make sure I have the right ratios and calories. It helps!

I cheated on purpose though knowing I was going to be starting this diet today. I had a good first day, but it looks like 750 calories, 100+ grams of protein. This is not much and not a sustainable way to eat (in my world, at least), but it is temporary and I am going to try to retrain my brain about food. I miss fruit already. But yes, for sure, pre planning is a great idea. And that is what will help me maintain when I hit my goal weight. Thanks all!
