carrot batons, clementine oranges or an Alpen light bar. if I fancy something sweet I buy a packet of lighter life freeze dried fruit and yogurt chips from Super drug. they are really tasty and range from 29 to 46 calories a pack.

Too many different things to list them all individually: celery, carrots, fruit, nuts, mini cheddars, Greek yogurt with fruit (Note I like to change things round a bit and don’t eat this all in one day!) Then there is the temptation of home baking for the hundreds of birthdays that occur...
