Just thinking about the parallels between this journey and "life". I have someone near and dear to me that found herself in a very hard place recently. Owning your stuff - not an easy thing to do. If it were, everyone would be healthy and well (emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually) But when you take ownership of your mistakes - or your excuses - your habits, or your lifestyle - you take ownership of the consequences that come with those choices. It doesn't mean you can't change, succeed, rise above, conquer and be different. It does me you have some unfinished business. And you will have to clean up your own mess. Hard work? Sure. Worth it? WORTH IT ALL!!!
If you struggle with something that feels bigger than you - and you have submitted yourself to it's destruction in your life - there are people who care!! Please reach out and let someone in - let someone love you today. Blessings...
