The week is starting out just right. Went out to lunch with friends today to the food court because they wanted to eat at Captain D’s. I had no idea what I would eat but was pleasantly surprised that they had a nice broiled menu. I ordered the broiled tilapia (I had them leave off the rice), broccoli and a side salad. I wasn’t even bothered or tempted by all the other food in the food court. I guess I passed my first test J
Started Zumba (on the kinect) today and I really love it. Worked out for about an hour but spent a good deal of time learning the moves. Going to do a full session tomorrow. I am looking forward to it. I have changed my workout plan to 3 days Zumba, 2 or 3 days treadmill, and of course my push-ups and sit-ups. I am now up to 6 push-ups and 25 sit-ups.
