Day 114- Yes, I had a bad day on Mother's Day just like all the momma's out there. If they are eating it, so are the men. My thing, was I went to a Philly Union (soccer) game in the morning and drank then came home and had a full dinner with the mom's in the family. I got way to much sun and ate what I wanted. I prob did not do that bad (?).
One of the perks of hosting the event, was i got my porch cleaned off. It has been something I have wanted to do for the past few weeks. I don't even think we opened it last summer? I have speakers installed out there and I love to sit out there, drink coffee, surf the net on my laptop and have DMB playing. Those are the best Sunday mornings ;-) Nice and relaxing.
I alsohave to say I am getting a lot out of this FS. It keeps me out of trouble in so many ways. I can jump on here and it keeps me from spending money all over the net. Plus, I am still learning a lot and it is great to be surrounded by others that are having success.

I thought you said a Philly Unicorn game...I would be much more interseted in that than regular soccer!

Jess, if you get a chance you should go to a pro soccer game, you would love it! On TV is it boring, but live there is so much going on. All the chanting and action. You are the type that would be all over it, and yes, there is lots of beer! Good parks have a wide selection from all over the world. If you drink enough, they may look like unicorns out there ;-)

Am sure you will recover quickly from Sunday. Enjoy your porch now that it is usable again. I need to spend a day cleaning mine.

Soccer is big everywhere but America. A college friend married a guy from Brazil. During the World Cup he'd go crazy! I did watch Bend It Like Beckham...

Hahaha - I'm with Jess, I saw Philly Unicorn at first too!! :) I've never really gotten into soccer either, even when I lived in Spain for 4 months!! Glad you had a good weekend and could get some use out of your porch - sounds very relaxing! I very much second your thoughts about FS - I love this site (a little too much sometimes!!) :)
