Ra Ra's Journal, 13 May 12

Oh my, Mother's Day Fish fry-- not great,however I did better than I normally would. I didn't stuff myself. I did eat some, but not like normal because I was looking at the portions and what was on the plate thinking "I got to record this in my food journal". So I can see the food journal is really important and can make you stop and think about what you're eating. Having problems with trying to figure out how to use this journal, since I work stupid hours- like from 6 pm til 6 am (night shift only). I love the hours, however since I am awake from 1 day til the next- trying to figure out how to record my meals. My breakfast is really everyone elses afternoon snack time. I usually wake up around 2-3 pm everyday. ??? Still working to get this figured out.
