Day 5. Mothers Day today. And I got chocolate and a bottle of wine. "Oh dear" was my first thought.... But you know what. I still managed to have less calories than I was supposed too. So today taught me that with a glass (or two) of wine and a bit of chocolate it's not the end of the world for me. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is no exercise again today :-( So I'm promising myself here and now that tomorrow I'm going to get in as much 'last chance training' in as I can. Two more days until my first weigh in.
