Day 113- Happy Mom's Day to all the momma's out there!
I have got to get back on the road, I know some folks don't understand how I can lose when traveling, but the easiest way to put it, is that is my routine. I watch what I do and don't have things there to draw my attention away. Plus, when you live on the road as much as I do, you don't do all the vacation type stuff like someone that only travels a few times a year. I find for food, it is much easier to track on the road than when I am at home and can eat when ever I want. At home, I just can't seem to lose it like when I am on the road, plus I think I getting close to a hitting a wall, I just feel it. This weekend I have just felt fat or bloated. (I know, I have not logged everything......) Well another day or 2 at home and I am back out there.....
On another note, all you runners out there have got me wanting to run! When I first started all this, one of my goals was to get back into rowing and joining the local club, but I may have to do this running thing first. I have another 20lbs and better shape to be in before I can row. Plus, I missed this season already, I would have had to start back in March to pass their classes/tests.
