Oops! I ate too much food yesterday. I tried to eat both cookies and a brownie bite and that didn’t work too well. I also drank grape juice.
48.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
