I'm new.
It's hard for me to find a diet, since I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat fish, in a world where a lot of diets are super-high protein.
I've been working out every day since Monday and don't plan on stopping any time soon.

Hi-I'm veggie too and you are so right about the protein problem. I'm keeping my eye out for recipes that use beans in a creative fashion since I prefer them disguised a bit. That black bean burger recipe on the home page looks tasty-think I'll try that this week. Good job on the work out-I'm starting Pilates based class Monday-yeah.

That's okay, you can still get protein from sources like walnuts & seeds if you don't eat fish. I eat very little meat, dairy, poultry, & fish (maybe once a week if any) simply because they contain a good dose of cholesterol. So I get my nutrients from 4 groups:
fruits
legumes
veggies
grains (including nuts/seeds)
So again, I'm not against meat. It's just I don't eat it much because that's the only food source that contains cholesterol.
