Weighed myself this morning and lost another pound! That really set the tone for my entire day. Drank all my water, ate all my food, and had no hunger or cravings. Losing that pound also had me eager to get home and exercise. I did my same exercise routine. Walk on treadmill at 2mph pace (but with the incline on 10). I did 2 miles :) After my walk I did 5 push-ups and 20 sit-ups.
This was by far the easiest day.
