Down 0.4 to 135 even...I think I'll wait until tommorrow to weigh in again and see if I get one more pound off with a last minute workout day! I can really tell a big difference in my body. This time around, with dieting, I do feel better about my body. I remember being really obsessive about ever lump and bump even at this weight in the past. Now I see mainly positive things, more definition, smaller arms, leaner legs, less jiggle all over, my pants are looser, and whoa, cheekbones? I have cheekbones again?? YES!! As I lose more weight, I am really going to concentrate on eating healthfully, building mucles all over, and upping my cardio. Long-term goal, I want to run a marathon for breast cancer! Shorter- term goals(other than just weight loss)Walk my first half-marathon either for children with lukemia or for breast cancer, Work up to 100 pushups, eat more fiber, drink more water, remember to take my vitamins. I want to be the picture of health, not a skinny skeleton. I want to be athletic and strong for life.
