Well day number 2. I know this is suppose to be a life changing thing but that isn't the easiest thing to do when for so long you practice poor eating and diet. Well today me and the DH is suppose to go and play tennis. Pray for me and wish me luck! :)

You can do it!! Keep posting and let others support you. Until I joined FS I had never talked about my weight. It took me years to get this bad and I know it will take time to change all the bad habits. Just remember that you are only a failure if you quit. Slipping will happen. Just don't beat yourself up. Simply start again the next day and you will succeed. Feel free to add me as a buddy if you want. Have a good week.
