This pan can be used in the broiler, which I did after cooking one side with coconut oil on the stove top.
A bit over cooked however. Pork chops are tasty but too tough. (cooked to internal temp of 170F or more)
The salmon I did the a similar way the day before came out perfect. (internal temp of 140F).
