Updated my weight goal to 180 and my waist measurement goal right now is 34 inches. That will get me within the range that my doctor suggested with 23-24% BMI. I am currently at about 27% BMI. Meeting with the personal trainer at the gym tonight for a fitness evaluation. I am looking forward to it and hope to get some good information.
