Hewy ya'll what's shakin'? i'm a little irritated at my husband. I have been really happy about losing weight, and even this morning when I told him how much I lost he acted happy and excited for me. Then he comes home in a bad mood and, when I said something about how I hadn't eaten lunch yet(at 3:30, because I had to rush out of the house to make Kaelyn's doctor's appointment) he said that he thought I was starving myself and that he didn't want me to sacrifice health for vanity. Geez, I'm not! It has been a struggle to get this far and I'm finally reaping the results. He has never had a weight problem and has no idea how hard it is to be misunderstood all the time. I kind of just let it roll, and tried to reeassure him, I don't want to fight about it. He was just taking out his stress on me once again, I realize that. I am not going to let it get me down, it is just annoying not to have support from your husband. I promised him I was getting good nutrition, and he made some comment on how he doesn't want to listen to my diet talk any more. I haven't even been talking diet to him, I was just defending myself because he practically insinuated I had an eating disorder. RRR! Not cool.
WHEW. ok it's out of my system.
I'm sure he'll be coming home to apologize and tell me how hot I look after a couple of beers, LOL.

MEN. Can't live with em', can't live without em'. :)

my motto is.. "pick you battles" is the really worth battling over? he's in a bad mood, just home from work, you've been rushed all day and missed lunch..not a good day for either of you. I save my battles for things that are really important to me. That way I get to win more often :D You need to relax from your rushed day, have a cup of tea and then everything will look better to you

Oh, I'm cool, I'm still flying high, just a little thorn in my side that's all! :) Yeah, tea sounds good!

If I am not sure that he'll celebrate with me, then I will reserve my thoughts/excitement for a "good time" to share with him. ;) TIMING... is everything, around here! ;) lol

Don't let the little things get to you Lotus. You have reached a new low on your chart, that's a big deal. Keep at it.

Just so you're eating right...getting the correct foods and not starving yourself...I'm sure that's what he is grouching about...If you're doing that its fine.
