So bummed...treadmill is on the fritz. It has taken to running perfectly fine for about 3 or 4 minutes and then randomly shutting down completely. This makes for a very disjointed warm-up walk. It has completely thrown off my workout routine as I am a creature of habit and am easily disoriented by such a change. I will have to find another source of cardio for the time being.
