Another good day. With all the water I am drinking I am finding that I am not very hungry. Also I purchased the Atkins chocolate shakes and the chocolate peanut butter bars. I refused to even consider the Endulge bars. Seems like that is just asking for trouble ;) I may try them after induction. Anyway, the peanut butter bar was really good. I am going to try the shake tomorrow. I will add these to my plan once or twice a week just so I get a little chocolate in there to minimize my cravings.

I did the same exercise routine as yesterday. Walk on treadmill at 2mph pace (but with the incline on 10). I did 2.09 miles :) After my walk I did 5 pushups and 20 sit-ups.

I am very proud of me today!
