This morning I was running late for work and stopped to pick up a breakfast sandwich. I believe my body had gotten used to my real diet plan, low to no carb, low fat, high protein, , and now I am sick. I feel so nauseous! Usually, I will have eaten twice by this time of the day but I cannot imagine eating anything right now. This diet is not conducive to morning breakfast at fast food places, even if you eat within the perameters of the diet.
