I tried atkins for 2.5 days and that was a major fail! I felt like utter pooh, luckily i was still calorie counting, hopefully my roll of the dice won't bite me in the bootie.

So I am back to calorie coutning and exercise which I feel successful with due to losing 36lbs that way.

I am hoping to be at 229 next thursday, I plan to increase my exercise to attain that goal.

Todays Exercise:
9 Flights of Stairs
45 Minutes Hydrofit Depp Water Aerobics

Plan for tomorrow:
18 flight of stairs
