Gained weight since I started new job at S/Signs due to the stress & pressure.
Been doing a lot of emotional eating.
Next weight goal is 67kg by 3rd of January.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
