Ok, so this diet has been crazy... weight change really hasn't been significant, but the effects are noticeable. My size 34 pants are falling off me (which I didn't have a problem with before until almost 160 lbs). The weight isn't changing but it seems like I'm losing fat from all over my body, and especially my mid section. I also will say that this is one of the easier diets to stick with as longs as you don't give in to the cravings for sugar and breads(empty carbs). I've always loved eating meats and cheese was always my downfall... now I can enjoy my cheese and dip it in full fat ranch.
