Hey ya'll! I had a good day today., but I can not figure out a couple of things. Why did I wake up so early(4:30) after only getting 3 1/2 hours of sleep? And HOW did I have so much energy all day? I have felt great all day! I did 30 min of ab work, my Advanced 5 mile walk, 65 minutes, 20 minutes Biggest Loser, weight training, and 45 minutes of yoga. The other thing I can't figure out is why aren't I hungry?? I keep forgetting to eat! I have eaten two snacks and three small mealls today but it still only added up to less that 500 calories. I think I should eat something else, but nothing sounds that good. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??
