My first maintain week........ Not going to worry too much about it - I have not slept well this week and for most of last week was sat on my bottom studying. Going to focus this week on staying better hydrated and exercising :)
64.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
