Despite an office party on Friday, I was able to maintain discipline and still lost slightly more than a pound over the weekend. The key, was eating very slow, sampled most things but took smaller portions. And only selecting 2 small portions of my favorite sweets. Then ate a very very light healthy dinner. The rest of the weekend I did a good job of eating good and smaller portions. My biggest vise is wanting to snack at night, I did not fall to temptations. I even was able for the first time in a year get a light workout in the gym. I am motivated, determined and disciplined.
