I love you all...I really do! this site is the best dieting tool I've ever encountered/used! In many ways I share more about this weight topic than I do with any of my closest freinds, OR husband! To you all, I'm throwing my rice! (it's my ritual for saying you're stuck with me forever, like marriage! you lucky thing, you!! LOL) My workout partner is a total gem. I love her with my whole heart (my daughter). Everyday I ask her what she ate the day before, and vice versa! Come on! Who ELSE really cares??! LOL
I have received so many emails today in regard to my weigh in! I feel LOVED! you all made my day!!

and I'm NOT going to cry, 4thehalibut! LOL You wanna know how I feel? I feel ecstatic because I haven't lost much of ANYTHING before SB, for a very long time! However, I do feel that FRICKEN peanut butter stopped me from showing a better number on the scale, and for that reason, I've extended my phase 1 to one more week. I woke up this morning feeling like I lost weight YET AGAIN, and suddenly, there's all this activity inside me. I probably lost those 3 lbs during these past 3 days since I cleaned out the pantries of all forms of nuts! LOL
And Juno, you're right! I don't want to be a squirrel!! Haaa! Haaaa! haaaa!!! You guys crack me up too!!
So....here's to today! the first day of SB diet, phase 1....NUT FREE! wish me luck! oh wait! you already do that, don't you? Thank you everyone for such wonderful comments on my journal all the time! I LOVE to sit here and read all that you wrote. Usually I'm laughing...and these days, we can never do enough of that! hugs to you ALL!
