2700 calories yesterday... Wow! could it be becasue I worked out on Sat and Sun and only ate average 1300 calories? Any advice on how to manage caloric intake when working out will be very helpful and welcoming. Happy Tuesday!

I have the same problem...I get SO hungry after I work out. They say you should eat something high in protein after you work out in order to help curb the hunger. I like "Pure Protein" bars...but they're a little high on the calorie side so I usually eat about half (half has 10! grams of protein so it still gets the job done.) And apple with some peanut butter is good, too. The thing I struggle with, though, is making sure I don't eat ALL the calories I just burned...would be kind of pointless that way! Hope this helps :)
