Thanks to all my buddies for their suggestions, tips from yesterday. I'm going to go shopping for a food scale, and work harder on disciplining what I eat. Feel like I'm getting a cold, can't believe this, so may take it easy today after my errands this morning. Gonna do my best to head off this "stuffiness"... Thanks again to everyone :)
