Thanks to all my buddies for their suggestions, tips from yesterday. I'm going to go shopping for a food scale, and work harder on disciplining what I eat.
Feel like I'm getting a cold, can't believe this, so may take it easy today after my errands this morning. Gonna do my best to head off this "stuffiness"...

Hope you feel better! I always take some extra vitamin C when I get the first signs of a cold. Sometimes I can keep it from developing into a full blown cold.

And I'm going to join you! If we have our meals all planned ahead of time we will be less likely to just grab whatever is available. Have fun shopping.
