Honey, you need to get some celery and some of that spreadable lite laughing cow cheese!! It's a great snack and not too bad in cals!! :) lol Oh that's right, not a big "cheese" eater, are ya??? Hmm.... they have a garlic herb one and something else... you might want to try?? OR... what about a tuna salad on some celery??? =D

how about deviled eggs?? Im not a big egg eater but my hubby sure is. I make them for him as a special treat. He's almost a goal now. He's lost 14 pounds and he was never really heavy. he just needed to lose a little and he's done that! He loves the SB diet.

I just about beat my head against the wall when I found out soy was keeping me from losing weight. You might have a food sensitivity. I was glad when I figured it out, though, because it made things a lot easier. It might not be all nuts, just peanuts. They do make butters out of cashews and almonds. You might just have to substitute. Good luck.

Thanks for the though, Sararay. I'm willing to bet that peanuts and/or pb have been an obstacle in my weight loss progress, because as soon as I got rid of them, I feel like i'm losing weight again!

I love having my homemade salmon spread on celery sticks, theres also a yummy curry cashew dip I have too. There are so so many snack ideas. I'm waiting for tomorrow to hear from you BadAndee...till then...~V.

What do squirrels eat to fatten up for the winter - NUTS! LOL - seriously - they are high in fat, are delicious and I love them too!!!! I am careful to only have them a few days a week and I portion them out and put them away! What is it about them that makes them soooo irresistible? Good luck tomorrow and no waterworks if you are not at goal - we kind of like having you around here :)
