DEMONS!! Those stupid food demons. Something happened today. I started out ok eating a decent portion size, even though what I ate wasnt completely RIGHT, I was doing decent. Then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, I just wanted to EAT EAT EAT. MY mother in law says thats because I lack protein. I was doing so good and then the holidays came and I got lazy and I thought I would get back on the ball now that theres a new year, but NO....look at me. Still no weight gain but my pants are fitting tighther. Is my scale deceiving me? I'm going to bed and I'm going to try harder tomorrow, I cannot believe I ate like a cow today. I'm sure my weight will be up a good 5 lbs tomorrow :(
