I knew this was going to be difficult... these last five lbs do not want to leave. I have decided to go to the gym now... but I am so afraid I will start eating too much again(working out makes me very hungry and I dont know when to stop) I will not log in my weight until I am 158.9 or under... and the beat goes on!
