昨天中午雞油關東煮,晚餐燙茼蒿+炒空心菜,另外吃了很多食讚的小菜(蛋白質居多,也沒避開他們的調味料)。當然堅果還是沒有避免掉。真心覺得堅果是造成卡重的難關,但很容易一吃不可收拾😥😥 綜合今天體重上升的原因,可能有: 1.堅果吃太多 2.油量過多(雞油、鵝油、椰子油) 3.晚上的小菜沒有避開調味料
